Woolworths pathetic service

*****ulent purchases were made on my account. Before these purchases my account balance was roughly R10k. The store investigated the matter and the then did the reversal. But the reversal I noticed that my balance and the instalment increased. While the shop was investigating I was paying and never missed any instalment. I phoned the customer service for some clarity but I was told that according to the system the investigation is still on which is strange to me. I was also told to pay this high instalment that I am disputing. I keep on phoning the customer service but I do not get any help and this is frustrating. Their service is pathetic.
