Woolworths pathetic service and customer service

Your customer service is pathetic. I called you guys many times regarding an online order substitute that I didn’t want and proceeded to ignore me and deliver the product. I requested a new store card in May 2021 and still have not received it. When trying to contact you there is no answer in the financial service department over. All the agents transfer the calls and drop them. Pathetic. Your service is disgraceful for what you charge us. I thought netflorist was bad. You guys are worse! Disgusting!!!!
