Woolworths - pathetic service

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD FROM A STORE OR ONLINE ORDER STORE!!!!!!!!!!! I am still awaiting my refund of a parcel that I never received. I spoke to “Welson” on 14 September 2020 who would have phoned me back the same day- IT NEVER HAPPANED !!!!!!!!! The I spoke to Samantha on 17 September 2020 who called by I was in a meeting – NEVER PHONED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! This is unacceptable. I want the money to be refunded to me immediately.
