Woolworths pathetic online shopping

Personally for years Woolworths has failed me , however I assumed maybe online shopping might be a different aspect of the business that could just be up to speed.

Well i am totally wrong , basically same poor and pathetic service , a special occasion ruined all thanks to incompetence.

I placed my order on the 08/02 and my delivery slot 10:00 to 13:00 and to my utmost disgust now at 17:35 still no delivery . Third time now my delivery is gone wrong.

What is more concerning is now although i am inconvenienced my special occasion is ruined i try and track the order , my call is picked up in 7 minutes but i am put on hold for an additional 20 minutes till i cut the call still disappointed , i am still awaiting a reply to an email sent 4 hours ago.

My message to Woolworths , get your house in order prior to competing with the competition
