Woolworths pathetic courier delivery

My online experience has been bad .I feel dissatisfied and disappointed. I ordered twice in a short span because I forgot initially to add the extra item .Choose express delivery. But only item arrive and far later the than stipulated delivery date.could not reach couriers. Called numerous times but to no avail spoke to woolworths consumer service numerous also .My 1 package is still outstanding. I missed 1 event due to the late delivery. LMS/SKYNET is the worst courier service They will send you notifications that your item is out for delivery but nothing no package every time.No line for communication. Will not use woolworths online service any more with regards to ordering due to poor courier service
