Woolworths - pathetic

Posted on the 25th May and no response. Inferior quality, poor customer service, no manager available!!!! Clearwater Woolworths. 1. I wanted to return a walkmates sandal which I purchased for my daughter on 23/03/2021 on sale. I understand you have a sales clause. I informed your absolutely unhelpful and rude cashier that I had Covid and I could not come to the store to return the item. She said that the item is not on the system and she could not do anything. I NEED HELP. What must I do with this item? It is too small.

2. My husband bought me 5 items on the 11/04/2021 to the value of R1615.00 which included a tracksuit for R900. The jogger was R399 and the hoodi was R499. I wore this once on the 1st May and hand washed it. The jogger's quality is beyond inferior. It fluffed and looks like we paid R10 for the jogger. The colors differs as well. I am utterly disgusted as Woolworths was supposedly a store of "quality" how we get inferior quality. The quality of the material is so cheap yet the item is so expensive.

3. I asked for a manger at the Clearwater Mall branch and after about 10 - 20 minutes I said I will leave as there was NO MANAGER available on a busy Saturday. Please verify on your cameras.

Please assist with an amicable solution to this issues which I raised.
