Woolworths Parkview ****!! I’m disappointed. This is not what I know Woolworths to be . Cosmos is RUDE! ***********

I’m extremely angry and disappointed at the treatment and rudeness of your consultant by the name of Cosmos from Woolworths Parkview (Pretoria) I placed an order on the 28th of May that was meant to be delivered today on the 2nd of June , I called him on the 28th to confirm the order and that it was separating the items into food items and the rest were gonna be delivered on the 4th he said there’s absolutely no problem he can combine the order into one (The boquet of roses,vars,card and cake into one order ) I called him on 4 consecutive days to confirm because he said he would send me proof that it has been changed on his side and I was worried that it wasn’t gonna make it to my sisters birthday , he said I must relax and took down my number and said he will call me when the order leaves the warehouse. Today ON the day of delivery I call him and he says he cannot see the order on his side , I asked him how because he confirmed all those days that it was successfully going to be delivered on the second all items into one . He said well if he cannot see it on his side that’s NOT a his issue , I’m very angry because had I known that I was being made a fool I was going to try other means . He further went on to say that the Woolworths online app has always had issues(I pray your calls are recorders for quality control and record purposes) because this was the exact same confirmation from a Woolies staff . I’m very angry , I will never ever order from Woolworths online ever again . Cosmos is RUDE!!! He had no telephone etiquette and he is a ****. Such people don’t deserve to work for big brands like Woolies!!!! They’re tarnishing your name !!
