Woolworths Palmyra Road

I usually go to the branch to the deli section and yesterday Lebo behind the bakery counter made 2 sandwiches for me without hesitation despite the fact that there were on the counter. I don't eat butter and the other staff said it was because of head office that they were instructed to only make with butter. 5 stars to Lebo for going out of her way to keep me happy. That is customer service!! I am a regular since I work 2 minutes away in Belverdere Office Park. BTW why don't your branch make half your sandwiches with butter and half without and label the board?
