Woolworths paid up letter

I had a Personal loan account with Woolworths for a number of years.I was unemployed for some years and could not pay anything.I was employed again later and I made payments.I was offerede a settlement agreement by their lawyers.I settled in December 2020.I requested a Paid up letter since then.I have been waiting for it to date.This matter affects my credit report negatively.It shows that I am still indebted to Woolworths.Please help.
