Woolworths - Paarl CBD

So I phoned Woolworths, located in Paarl (CBD), asking them to check on the computer system if they have a certain garment. The lady politely told me, she was not allowed to do that. Asked to speak to her manager and she confirmed, they are not allowed to check on the system for me. I asked to speak to the branch manager, she said she do not understand the contents of my question. Really??? I am speaking the language they are answering the phone with.

Can't complain about the service, because it is non-existing.

Paarl, you are giving Woolworths a bad name.
