Woolworths overpromises and underdelivers

Woolworths is a company that overpromises and underdelivers. They make emphasis on Quality yet their service level is appalling. I paid for my order in full on the 28th of June 2022. Till today there is no delivery. I reached out to their Support centre they are clueless of what is happening with my order. Is tis being deliberately done because I am from the least desired demographic from Society and that is why they are doing this to me.
