Woolworths over charging customers

Woolworths did not decrease the interest rate on the store card since October 2024 despite the fact that the interest rate decreased with 2.5% in November 2024 thus overcharging their customers. Despite numerous phone calls and an email sent to customer services and a promise that I will receive feedback nothing happened
