Woolworths over-charging

I have been complaining to Woolworths for the last year regarding products being advertised for one price, while I am charged a different price (more of course) in store. Just during the month of November I was OVERCHARGED 4 times on different products.

What really irritates me is that the people at Customer Services think that store managers determine prices and specials. Every time I lodge a complaint, I say, do not ask the manager of the store to phone me to grovel and apologise, it is the people at head office who are not doing their work properly. However, this is just ignored. This morning again I received a call from the Cresta manager regarding my complaint where I was given a R50 birthday voucher, but when I looked at my slip, only half was deducted off my purchase! The balance of the voucher has just disappeared! (if doesn't show on my profile).

On 29th November - R24.10 short on discount on my birthday voucher at Cresta

Further Examples: On 31st October at Victory Park, I was not given the R23 discount on Angus burgers as advertised On 23rd October I was charged R52.65 for a Lindt chocolate at Victory Park which I did not purchase! On 21st November I did not receive the R11 (20%) discount on American hotdogs as advertised - also at Victory Park. That is R110.75 in ONE MONTH! The manager at Victory Park phoned me to apologise and to refund me, but why is the responsibility put on the managers when they have nothing to do with the way the computers are programmed?

If Woolworths overcharge every person who visits their stores during a month to the tune of R110.75 - to how many millions will that add up?
