Woolworths order #o***…

I placed an online order on the 13th December. I paid an extra R75 to get the parcel delivery on the next day. I got message that parcel is on the way and will be delivered. Someone delivery was not done and the note on the email said we couldn’t reach the customer. This is a lie and I have provided Woolworths online with receipts to show this. I never received any calls from any courier company. Today is the 19th and guess what I still haven’t received the call. I want my R75 refund and I told your online consultant this. This is such a bad service because your online consultant promised to escalate and call the next day but I never received any calls
