Woolworths order not received yet no refund

I made a purchase on the 29th of December 2023 for a school uniform and unfortunately by delivery time the courier guy couldn’t reach me as I changed my number a few days before that on their system so delivery guy called using the old number,now the issue that I have is that my order was cancelled but I haven’t received my refund,a month later I’m calling everyday to find out and follow up on my refund but I’m still waiting,a month later I’m still waiting.Ive known Woolworths to be the best of the best and taking customer service very highly but I’m so disappointed.Yes I did receive a call to say they acknowledge that I never received the products I ordered and will process the refund but it’s been about 2weeks since that call and now when I call I get promises that I will be processed in 2 days but I end up waiting for more days ,How much long must I wait Woolies,over that they told me they can only give me a voucher not my cash back but still they are failing to give me the damn voucher ,I’m really tired of calling every 3 days to follow up ,I mean its been a month already with this issue dragging and I’m told of the finance department this and that everytime 😒😏-order number o***
