Woolworths order marked delivered by Fastway couriers and I haven’t received it!!!!!!

Woolworths order marked delivered by Fastway – I received nothing

Woolworths Order #O*** was “delivered” by Fastway Couriers, tracking #2G***, to KwaMhlanga on. No parcel arrived. No call, no knock, no delivery card left.

Fastway’s 0860 customer service line is not in service and emails to *** get no reply. I’ve been trying to reach them since morning with zero success.

Woolworths, you contracted Fastway so you’re liable under the CPA to ensure I receive goods I paid for. Please urgently provide GPS/photo proof of delivery with recipient name, or reship my full order/refund me including the delivery fee.
