Woolworths OR Tambo Management Staff

I bought underwear that I have bought before at Woolworths Mall of Africa. The hanger was written size medium. When I got home I discovered that the underwear is not the size in the hanger it is small. I planned to return it at OR Tambo as I was flying out next day. I phoned on the next day and the lady that answered the call said I can bring it for exchange. Unfortunately I got lost and couldn’t go so I flew and when I came back I went to the store and the workers there told me they not going to help me. I asked for them to escalate the issue and they told me I must watch my language and they not going to call they not going to give me the number either because I am disrespectful customer.
