Woolworths open and account policies

Im in the process of applying for an account with Woolworths, but what an horrible experience. They need 3 months bank statements from the bank and I've send the bank statements 4 times but they won't except because the July was printed a few days later that the 2nd of July.

The bank gives me the statements for free and that is what they require but they are insisting that I pay for more bank statements. I never expected them to be so unreasonable for something I can't control.
