Woolworths Online - Worst Online Experience ever.

I have placed an order on Monday ( 26/11/2018) for an amount of R250.49, I used a R 250 gift card and paid the excess on my credit card. Monies were taken from my account three times for different amounts and I have been told that I did not use a voucher. They changed my order as well and told me that I changed it or never ordered what I originally ordered. I will never recommend Woolworths Online. They are incapable of resolving my issue and fixing my order.
