Woolworths online - useless

I placed an order on July 23, 2020. The order was intended for delivery on July 30, 2020. It it now August 7, 2020 and i have still not received my delivery. Despite calling and emailing Woolworths, I still have no idea if and when delivery will actually happen. Really bad service Woolworths. If this is how you convince people to use your online services... then I'll rather order from someone else, at least i know that i'll get my order.
