Woolworths online, Terrible service!!!

I am extremely disappointed in the woolies online store, I have placed an order on the 29TH of September 2022, its been 13 days...I am still waiting for the order. When I try calling and making a follow up, I get different stories each time. I wanted to try woolies for better service, but it looks like its worse than its competitors, it is actually no different from them. I don't want a refund, I want my order as is. I am so disappointed in Woolworths, and I don't see my self shopping online ever again
