Woolworths Online Terrible service!!

Don't bother ordering if you need your items in less than a week. Terrible service from Woolworths online. Delayed deliveries with no answers, promised call backs and feedback within a certain time which never happened. I took a day to stay at home and wait for delivery but that was a complete waste. Customer service staff are useless and have no authority to help as they have to wait for feedback from escalations. Woolworths, you need to do better. It shouldn't take a whole week for delivery either.
