Woolworths online team say there warehouse doesnt have a contact number and they are only reachable via email which is absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, I mean poor customer service, I ordered a t-shirt on the 24th of September when I followed up with woolworths they told me it has been delivered on the 27th and signed for by a person called Abigail who isnt me, they then tell me, that the contact person wasnt available on the 28th of September, I am now fighting Woolworths to give me back my money after I have canceled they telling me they need to speak with the warehouse and that they can only communicate with the warehouse via email and the the warehouse does not have a contact number, which is absolutely ridiculous if you ask, me, I have never received such shocking customer service in my entire life
