WOOLWORTHS ONLINE TAKING FUNDS DISGUISTING

I ordered online..waited and never recieved my goids only to tell me they will put money back in my account..it has been more than a month now and now they say the bank cant refund me as there is ni fubds fir a refund BUT i have proid that they took the money..imagine they take r100 from each online client how rich they are..truly disguisting..REally BAD service..they took my money and never recieved my parcel
