Woolworths Online support SUCKS!

I ordered 4 feather pillows and 2 sets of pillowcases online. I only received 3 pillows and 2 sets of pillowcases. I sent an email over a week ago asking what process I should follow to get my missing pillow and no response. It was the first and last time I use Woolworths Online for anything.
