Woolworths online store is unreliable and not updated regularly in terms of stock availability - be prepared for disappointment

I will NEVER purchase from Woolworths again. I placed an online order for ONE item that I wanted, and all else in that order was 'because I was already ordering' - and now they tell me, just minutes before it was scheduled for delivery (and I am being charged for delivery at my specified time, which is now also not happening), it is out of stock not only in the one store, but in all their stores! On top of that, they charged me delivery fee when their website states delivery for an order to the amount I placed should be free - no mention on the site that this does not apply to food items. This has made me extremely angry and Woolworths has lost a customer for life. All because they are too slack in updating their online shop!
