Woolworths online store

Woolworths Online Store is ridiculous and unreliable. I placed an online order on 15th December with delivery date of 23rd December. On the day that the goods was meant to be dilivered I got a call that they are out of stock of the items I ordered and have paid for already and that walk in customers have preference over online orders. I specifically ordered online so that I didnt have to go to a mall due to covid risks. To top it all there is also no stock at any of their stores and I needed the stuff for Christmas. I now have made a thousand calls to their stores and still I can't get any stock. Woolworths online you suck and I will never ever use you again.
