Woolworths online store and service is terrible

I have been trying to get information about the goods we ordered and paid for online that were not delivered. For many days now woolworths continue to be shockingly unhelpful On facebook they have given me many assurances of help We have emailed and called them to no avail. I have spent a lot on calls to them these last few days and its amounted to little more than terrible music hurting my ear and empty assurances. This is truly shocking and Woolworths should either figure out how to put items in a box and deliver them or just stop pretending to have an online shopping service.
