I called and emailed Woolworths numerous times informing them that since 19 Feb I have been struggling to get my online order from the courier, with today being 03 Mar. Woolworths never responded to my emails, and when I called they said they will escalate the matter to the warehouse, who will contact me, never happened, still waiting to be contacted. I decided to request a refund for an online purchase I have never received. Hopefully I will get my money back because I am defiantly not getting the item I order. Wish companies checked the reviews of the courier services they made use of. DPD Laser / Dawn Wing Courier has a 1 star rating on platforms.
