Woolworths online shopping sucks!!!

I ordered from woolworths online shop and chose a branch for delivery as I do a lot with old khaki etc and then 6 days after it was delivered and I still got no feedback like with other online shopping that my order is out for delivery or has been delivered I phoned them and they said they dont do in store deliveries!!!! The told me it was delivered in the mall and a Juliana signed, 7 day later they still cant find it....why put the option of a store delivery and why not any feedback abput delivery. Also I couldmt use my voucjers for online shoppin neither my gift card!!!! Useless and utterlt dissapointing Rather close your online shopping!!!
