ordered groceries online and selected a time slot for delivery of 10am - 13:00pm as that was the time that I knew I would be available to sign for the delivery, the delivery was late which completely makes time selection useless....

When I eventually received my groceries they were in the plastic boxes which I assume woolies uses for their deliveries, there was a puddle of water at the bottom of those plastic boxes making all the box stuff eg, cereal boxes wet and soggy, my sugar packaging was also wet and soggy and had a hole where sugar was leaking out, when purchasing from woolies you looking for quality customer service and most definitely not I got yesterday, they could have most definitely made more effort as delivery is paid for as well.
