Woolworths online shopping delivery and customer service is very bad

23 July 2025 my goods were dispatched for delivery 25 July 2024. Status on my account said delivered but no parcel was ever received. I called and emailed customer service the only the 1 Aug 2024, I am told the vehicle was hijacked and I need to wait 3-5 working days for refund. If I didn't follow up I doubt I would have ever received and email from woolworths.. Doubt I will use their online shopping again. So disappointing...
