Woolworths Online Shopping App " slow tedious

I am specifically reviewing the Woolworths Online Shopping App and not Woolworths shops. I used to shop on the app on monthly basis but these days I prefer Checkers 60/60 because the Woolworths App has recently become very unstable and unavailable. It is slow. It bombs out about every 3 minutes with a note on my phone saying Woolworths App is not responding. I have made sure I have downloaded the latest version of the app. I have previously complained to Woolworths about this and have seen other people complaining about the same thing for months now. Is Woolworths not concerned about losing customers because of this? It is really not a pleasant online shopping experience anymore.
