Woolworths online shopping a waste of time and money

Completely useless online shopping. Have taken R1600 for an order but due to a technical problem nothing was available at the store when going to collect. Can;t ask for a refund because it takes the bank 72 hours to do a reversal for online purchases. Nothing now for dinner. Thanks Woolworths. Oh but we will place a call with our technical department and I will check tomorrow to ensure that they are sorting it out. How does that help me now? Maybe I will get my order next week. No food in the house and no money to go somewhere else to buy more. Useless. Checkers Sixty60 works much better. Delivered to my door on the day of the order. Woolworths just cannot get online shopping right.
