Woolworths Online Shopping a disaster

I placed an order online 15 June 2021 which was supposed to be delivered Friday 18 June 2021. It's Wednesday 22 June and still no delivery. I've emailed 3 times and called 3 times. Every time I've called the call centre has promised to investigate and call me back ... they NEVER DO!!!

This was for a team event, so I was relying on Woolworths Online Shopping to do their job, so I could do mine. They are unreliable and clueless to say the least. I am appalled by their so called service.
