Woolworths online shopping

I decided to try Woolworths online shopping after hearing about their excellent service. Delivery time was advised between 10 - 1pm. After spending 30 min trying to get hold of the call center after 1pm I was told he will here within 30 min, hour and a half later. Surely they know they are running late sometime before the last delivery is scheduled without me having to call in and follow up. So much for excellent service
