Woolworths online shop does not credit returns - Very disappointing I'm owed allot of money by Woolworths.

I sent a box with items i bought online back with the Woolworths courier company, I have repeatedly emailed called and had no response at all as to my credit owed to me. 2 months later I am forced to write this very disappointing review.
