Woolworths online services the worst.

Never buy online from Woolworths. Ordered 2 items from Trenery a week ago. Got delivered a plastic necklace and small glass container! Phoned and e-mailed customer services. Never received feedback. Phoned again today and told to wait till Monday and then I must follow up again! What ******* service and my money in their pockets. Monday I want my money back in my bank account and will NEVER buy online from woolworths again.
