Woolworths Online services need help

The Woolworths Website and App is not working properly. I am not able to view the contributions of the MySchool Cards. It just takes me back to the dashboard. The app also does not work on my iPhone. I have tried to delete and reinstall it, but the problem persists. Anyone else have any advice?
