Woolworths online service unreliable!

I am extremely disappointed in your online service.I ordered shoes for my daughter on the 27th April and due date delivery is today,3 May 2022.

No communication from woolworths that my delivery will be delayed by a few days.I had to call the online service desk only to be told that my query will de dealt with within 24 hours to 48 hours!This is unacceptable,we choose online delivery because it's convenient however to experience such delays without any communication is dissappointing!A friend of mine went through a similar experience and it seems like this a normal service being offered to customers that purchase items online!
