Woolworths online service, the worst in SA

It is 13 days today and I am still waiting for my two refunds from Woolies. Woolies dash online service is the worst delivery app! I ordered items in the 31st Dec and they were not in stock, till today they are still processing my refund. I have to call them every other day since they never bother to keep in touch but I still have not received my money!
