Woolworths online sending spoiled food, disgusted

I bought food online on Saturday and when the food was delivered there were 4 pears that were spoiled. You could clearly see they were spoiled on the tray but these were delivered to me anyways. I immediately took pictures and sent an email to get a resolution. The email was acknowledged on Sunday and was advised this would be escalated and I would be contacted. It's Tuesday night and I have still not been called. I have rotten pears that I paid for and they are keeping me waiting. I buy from woolworths month to month and it's so disappointing that they have not gotten back to me. Their online shoppers are just putting anything in the basket and don't care how it will affect the customer and our health.
