Woolworths Online Retail

Horrible online service. My first time ordering from Woolies online, paid extra for faster shipping and package is already 3 days late. Cusomer service representative was rude and blamed the reason on me for not giving correct details of address even after i explained i gave my full address and they probably have technical issues on their side since my info was not saved correctly. No help, only told to wait 48 hours for system to change address. Never ordering online with them again.
