Woolworths Online - refund outstanding since 26.07.2021

on 26.07.2021 i placed an online clothing order. Due to my mom passing away i couldnt take delivery and the items were returned to them. It is 02.10.2021 today and STILL NO REFUND!!!!!!! this is after i had contacted their service center twice about this already
