Woolworths online refund not actioned

Online purchase on 17 July Refunds on items as per various email correspondence and confirmation from Woolworths. Today 31 July with no follow up or refund actioned. For the premium the customer pays, one would expect better service! No wonder Checkers are far superior regarding customer service
