Woolworths online product not delivered

I bought an online WBeauty ,and i received a date and time i needed it to be delivered, i drove all the way from Vereeniging to get the order and i waited still today no delivery was done and not even a phone call to explain what could have happened. i call it an end of me using Woolworths online its a **** of robbing people
