Woolworths online pathetic service

Ordered food from.m Woolies, 24 and 25th December 2023. They told me a day later that there were no stock although website showed stock and that I had to cancel my order and that they reserved payment only and won't be taking payment. Well, still no refund, after emailing and calling them 7 times!
