Woolworths online - Pathetic Customer Service

Received the most shocking service from Woolworths online. I paid for early delivery and yet 2 days later I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I have called and emailed and received such pathetic customer service. I needed my order for today which is why I paid extra for early delivery. All I want is a refund now and I can't even get that. Pathetic Woolworths!
