WOOLWORTHS ONLINE ORDER NEVER DELIVERED

Last month I placed an online order of 10x Bottles of Bubbly for our wedding but the order never arrived.

Now Every time I have been put in touch with customer services I have been told that they are waiting on a proof of delivery and I will need to wait 24hours as they escalate the issue, "they will get back to be within 24hours" its been 2 weeks

all I want is my refund
