Woolworths online order appalling service!!!

I placed and paid for an order online on the 19th of this month, on the 22nd I received a message saying my order will be delivered before 5pm on that day. Up until now I haven't received my order. I have written numerous emails to them and I always get a lame response that it shows it is out on delivery. There was even a time when I was called on a Sunday by some guy who claimed to have my Woolworths parcel and this was very strange as I have never received any parcel on a weekend, let alone Sunday. I wrote my last email on Friday the 27th asking them to cancel the order and refund me, nothing has happened, instead I was sent another text message about a delivery that I am convinced will not happen. I am sick of this poor service and I want my money.
